Optos is a globally leading medical retinal imaging company with its headquarters, main production facility and R&D in Dunfermline. Optos R&D provides an intellectually stimulating environment where a broad range of research and engineering professionals work alongside with clinical, regulatory, production and field engineering to research and develop new medical devices, both in hardware (retinal scanners) and software (ophthalmology PACS). Optos has many collaborative research projects with top universities both locally and globally.
